About the role
Litmus Customer Success Application Engineer configures and deploys Litmus Edge for manufacturers across the Americas. Lead POCs and production implementations; provide Level 2 support; partner with Sales Engineers on architecture reviews and RFI/RFP; feed product feedback from the field. Requires manufacturing/industrial IT/OT experience and familiarity with edge, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes. Hybrid Toronto. Salary CA$110K–CA$120K.
