Manufacturing Solutions Engineering Manager

This role is located in Somerville, MA - hybrid, in the office 3+ days per week. Tulip, the leader in AI-native frontline operations, helps companies equip their workforce with composable, connected apps for quality, efficiency, and end-to-end traceability. About you: you've spent years building and delivering digital solutions for manufacturing customers, and now you want to help a team of engineers do their best work. Requirements include 7+ years delivering technical solutions for manufacturing/industrial customers including 2+ years leading or mentoring others; hands-on experience designing solutions on manufacturing software platforms; delivering projects on scope/time/budget. Nice to have: Life Sciences or Aerospace & Defense. Key responsibilities: lead and grow a team of Solutions Engineers through coaching and clear goals while staying close to customer delivery.
