Inductive Automation Software Solutions Engineer I supports customers and system integrators when Ignition environments have issues. Own complex technical cases spanning code, architecture, and multi-layer OT/IT systems; troubleshoot live by phone and email; document resolutions; propose Ignition product enhancements; complete Core and Gold Ignition certifications. Bridges IT and OT. On-site Columbia, MD, Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–3:00 PM. Salary $82K–$95K. No visa sponsorship.
