Engineering Intern - Clients' Support

PackIOT is looking for an Engineering Intern to coordinate work in the Support Area, helping customers worldwide with Industry 4.0 adoption — resolving product/service issues, sharing product information, and pointing people to training and resources. Who you are: - Undergraduate student in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related - Self-motivated; strong critical thinking and process orientation - Comfortable across departments in a deadline-driven environment - Curious, big-picture oriented; strong written and verbal communication - Interested in manufacturing, technology, and startups - Intermediate to Advanced English Impact and responsibilities: - Coordinate the Support Area and Support Dashboard; maintain key indicators - Generate reports and present KPIs to the PackIOT team - Create and route tickets clearly and on time - Align Support with PackIOT teams and leaders - Continuously improve Support processes - Resolve support tickets (depending on technical expertise) Extra points: - Fluent English and Portuguese - SQL / Python for querying and analysis - Interest in SCADA or IIoT platforms, AWS, DevOps for OT, containers, Linux - Lean Six Sigma and Agile - Project management / CRM software and Google Workspace Location listed as Florianópolis, SC, Brazil; role is remote.
