This page explains what iiotjob.com collects and why. It is kept in step with how the site works.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign in or post a job. It is used to send your one-time sign-in link and, for job posters, messages about their listings. Sign-in is by emailed link; there are no passwords.
• The jobs, companies and events you submit, which are shown publicly, except the contact email you give for managing a listing.
• Anonymous counts of how many times a job was viewed and how many times its apply button was clicked. These counts are not tied to a person.

Cookies and similar storage

• Sign-in cookie (sid): keeps you signed in after you confirm your email link. Essential; set only when you sign in.
• Your cookie choice: stored in your browser (consent-v1) so we do not ask again.
• Google Analytics: measures how the site is used (pages visited, rough location, device). Set only after you accept. It is not run on sign-in, account, admin or listing-management pages.

Who else handles data

• An email delivery service sends our sign-in and listing emails.
• Google, for the services above, when enabled and accepted.
• The site is hosted on a server operated by its owner.

Your choices

• You can accept or decline analytics and ad cookies at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. The site works the same either way.
• Job posters can close or delete a listing from the management link in their emails, or from My jobs when signed in.
• To ask what we hold about you, or to have your account removed, reply to any email you received from this site.
