Enterprise Account Executive

HiveMQ is the Industrial AI Platform helping enterprises move from connected devices to intelligent operations. Built on the MQTT standard and a distributed edge-to-cloud architecture, HiveMQ connects and governs industrial data in real time for manufacturers and industrial leaders. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role responsible for leading complex enterprise sales in North America. You will work with technical and business stakeholders to help industrial and digital-first enterprises modernize data infrastructure with HiveMQ’s enterprise-grade MQTT platform. Ideal background: 5+ years enterprise software sales in IoT, data infrastructure, cloud, or integration platforms; full-cycle multi-stakeholder deals; value-based selling (MEDDPICC); experience with MQTT/messaging/edge or industrial sectors a plus. Remote US. Compensation listed on Ashby as $130K–$150K base range.
