Full Stack Analyst (Remote)

PackIOT builds plug-and-play production analytics software so manufacturers can run more efficiently — less paperwork, better visibility, Industry 4.0 and IoT for plants that are still catching up. Customers span multiple countries (including Switzerland, US, Canada, Portugal, Hungary, and Brazil), with offices in Florianópolis (Brazil) and Lisbon (Portugal) and a strong remote culture. Impact and responsibilities (Senior Full Stack Analyst): - Back-end: APIs in JavaScript and Python; SQL and NoSQL databases; edge computing and industrial gateways - Improve and refactor the Python API and microservices in Python and JavaScript - Front-end: React web apps, BI tool integrations, and chart libraries / customer dashboards - Edge computing: connect sensors to edge devices that send IoT data to the cloud - Work with SQL, NoSQL, and time-series databases used in Industrial IoT - Review work and help guide junior professionals Required attitudes and knowledge: - Strong Python and frameworks, including Python notebooks - Solid SQL and database experience; big data project experience - Familiarity with test-oriented development and QA - Fluent English; passion for interfaces; autonomy and analytical skills - UX/UI awareness when a designer is not available Nice to have: - Industrial automation experience - Cloud, Kubernetes, containers, continuous deployment - D3.js; BI tools (Power BI) or analytics (Grafana, Kibana) - Personal IoT projects (Arduino, Raspberry Pi) - 3–5 years as a full-stack developer (mainly Python, JavaScript, React) - Time-series tools such as Elasticsearch, Prometheus, or Timescale Benefits mentioned: education reimbursement, remote flexibility, meal and transportation voucher, optional Unimed health co-participation, competitive wage.
