MES Solutions Architect - Memphis

Logical Systems, Inc. (LSI) seeks a highly technical MES Solutions Architect in Memphis, TN to design, build, integrate, and support advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems across industrial and regulated manufacturing environments. The role bridges OT and IT, combining plant-floor automation expertise (PLC, SCADA, historians) with enterprise application integration (ERP, QMS, LIMS, analytics) to deliver real-time, scalable ISA-95 aligned MES architectures. Key responsibilities include MES application development for production execution, WIP, genealogy, OEE, quality, and eBR; OT-IT integration using OPC UA/DA, MQTT, Kafka, REST, SQL, and Unified Namespace; data modeling; front-end visualization including Ignition Perspective or Opcenter; FAT/SAT/commissioning; and cybersecurity aligned with IEC 62443.
