Senior Automation and Controls Engineer

Valar Atomics seeks a Senior Automation and Controls Engineer in Torrance, California on the Automation and Controls team within IC&E. You own the logic and data layer across the reactor program and fuel manufacturing: PLC and DCS application code, ISA-88 batch sequences, SCADA/HMI applications, historian infrastructure, and enterprise integration. Work alongside I&C hardware, electrical, process, and nuclear safety engineers. Deliver operator-focused control applications, maintain data integrity, and support capital projects and operations with strong documentation practices.
