Field Application Engineer - Automation - Spartanburg

Job Summary: The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will provide technical, hands-on expertise to support business opportunities for Phoenix Contact products and applications in the automation, control and networking portfolio used within industrial automation and electronics. Collaborate with regional sales managers, strategic account managers, sales engineers, and channel teams using a consultative approach. Regional role for the Mid-Atlantic (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee), based in Spartanburg, SC. Products include ethernet (wired/wireless), safety, controllers, IO, HMIs, IPCs and engineered solutions. Requires 3+ years sales/marketing experience with automation and industrial control products, ability to travel overnight 40%+, valid driver's license.
